I love getting curious about the culture, values and behaviours of your organisation. I am equally curious about the difference you want to make to performance. Discovery can be done through 1:1's, interviews, workshops, surveys, shadowing or simply acting as a sounding board to discover how we can design a journey that has the maximum performance impact.
The output from this step is an Impact Filter. It gives clarity and commitment to the project outcomes and is a fundamental first step to ensure success for my clients.

Creativity and Solutions
I am inspired and passionate about experiential and action learning to drive real change at an individual and organisational level. My design approach centres around an objective-led narrative and active engagement with the four stages of learning always at the front of mind. Bite-size and blended agile learning solutions are my thing because creating sustainable change in human behaviour is rarely achieved through "one and done". It's not all about high-tech, complicated courses either. It's about designing a solution that will deliver the difference.

It's why I target myself to SME owners who have grown a successful business and need to grow their culture and leadership capability to sustain success. When we know something works (or doesn't), we can ditch it, develop it or do it again.
